Fresh Radio is THE local radio station for the Yorkshire Dales area. We pride ourselves on our local news and information coverage and on the great selection of music we play. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable and friendly for our listeners and on being equally affordable for our advertisers.

In fact, we're very proud of Fresh Radio as a whole - a view shared by the Radio Academy as they named us ‘Radio Station Of The Year' for the second time in just three years.

Our aims are quite simple. To provide a genuinely local radio service which interacts with its listeners and the local community, making them feel part of what is going on. About Fresh Radio

Fresh Radio broadcasts to a vast area of over 2,000 square miles stretching from Skipton, Ilkley and Keighley in the South to Richmond, Catterick, Hawes and Kirkby Stephen in the North of our area.

We broadcast to a potential audience of over 180,000 adults

We use a network of FM and AM transmitters, which means we can make your advertising even more cost-effective by targeting it to either the north or south of our area - or both if you like!

Our programming is aimed at a core audience of 25-55 year-olds.  And as listeners tune to Fresh Radio at different times, advertising campaigns are planned to target them to your needs, maximising the impact of any advertising.

The Fresh Radio website is popular!  A great source of information, listeners use freshradio.co.uk to find out more!  It has The Dales most comprehensive directory and is a great source of what's on in the Dales.  The website is now the primary way our listeners interact with our presenters.  Promotions on air are mirrored on the website and are great for data capture too.
